Modern Classic Realty is a boutique real estate brokerage in Green Bay, Wisconsin. We're intentionally small because we believe there's value in knowing the people you work with, and building a business around relationships instead of volume.

We're looking for REALTORS® who want to do real estate a little differently.

You may be an experienced agent who feels like you've outgrown your current brokerage. You may be newly licensed and figuring out where you fit. Or you may simply be wondering if there's a brokerage that feels more aligned with how you want to do business.
