She takes so much time to understand what you’re looking for and is helpful in every way possible. She has a solution for everything, and every occasion - and is one element of what makes visiting The Puddle Duck so memorable. Oh, and she’s an absolute 10/10 gift wrapper, all you have to do is ask.
